In the process of registering our vegan gift boxes with The Vegan Society, I was asked what I would use date honey for. I sent over a jar with my favourite date honey & balsamic vinegar salad dressing recipe and then thought about all the other ways I use it. So, I thought I'd share some of them with a wider audience. Our new 'Vegan Rosh Hashanah' gift box replaces traditional honey with delicious date syrup, considered by some scholars to be the original 'honey' from the biblical 'land of milk & honey'. What's more it's kosher l'mehadrin and registered with The Vegan Society!
