In the process of registering our vegan gift boxes with The Vegan Society, I was asked what I would use date honey for. I sent over a jar with my favourite date honey & balsamic vinegar salad dressing recipe and then thought about all the other ways I use it. So, I thought I'd share some of them with a wider audience.
